Front Office Coordinator

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting 

Expectations:

  • Warmly welcome patients and assist with their needs
  • Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient records
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office
  • Maintain a polished, friendly, and helpful attitude

Dental Assistant

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
  • Previous experience in a dental practice
  • Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine care and empathy for patients

Expectations:

  • Assist dentists during procedures with a focus on patient comfort
  • Prepare and sterilise instruments and treatment rooms
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

Dentist

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High standard of clinical skills and knowledge
  • Compassionate and understanding nature towards patients
