Front Office Coordinator
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
Expectations:
- Warmly welcome patients and assist with their needs
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient records
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office
- Maintain a polished, friendly, and helpful attitude
Dental Assistant
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
- Previous experience in a dental practice
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine care and empathy for patients
Expectations:
- Assist dentists during procedures with a focus on patient comfort
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and treatment rooms
- Provide exceptional patient care and support
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
Dentist
